Garden Nursery
Gardeners looking for plants to transplant to their own
garden should head to a garden nursery. Traditionally garden nurseries
have only existed in the retail world. More recently, however, garden
nurseries have moved online.
A garden nursery typically sells shrubs, vines, perennials and more.
A gardener can purchase a graft or transplant or an entire plant. A
good nursery will have tips about the best plants to grow depending
upon a gardener's region and experience level.
At a garden nursery gardeners can browse for bulbs, ground covers,
roses etc. Gardeners who shop at a retail center will have the advantage
of seeing the plant up close. However, Internet nurseries will have
photos and extensive information about the plants they sell and will
likely have lower prices.
